Montana - March 1, 2009

Montana had one DOA on the wire when I came in to do chores this morning.

After church I went out and she had six in the box. pulled okay fur. Nervous momma.

I traded her two tri/harle's to Star and gave her one of Star's to raise.

Look to be spotted and magpies.

Miss Sara Kindles - September 19th0

Nine babies this morning. Just born.

Miss Sara seems like she'll be a good mom. She pulled good fur. She made a really nice nest.

Good first time momma! :) YEAH! :)

I'm figuring that most of them will be castors since she's a broken castor and Dad Lincoln's a self castor.

This litter will be fully pedigreed.

A mix of solids and brokens.
Update: She's got a real mix in colours. Amber, broken black and broken chocolate/seal/lilac, black and three I'm hoping are chocolates (but might be seals/lilacs).

Dad is Lincoln.

These are pure mini rex babies. They will come with papers.

Ivory - August 12

6 babies. One baby born dead. The boy and I buried it in the garden.

1 black, 5 castors - two of these were actually cinnamon - not quite dark enough to be castors.

For a blind doe...for actually ANY DOE...who is a first time momma, Ivory has proven to be an exceptional mother. She is incredibly attentive.

Ebony - July 16, 2008

A total surprise litter.

Did not expect littles from this small black girl, especially as her sister is bigger and more mature and SHE didn't get pregnant.

I suspect mini-rex Lincoln is the daddy as the babies act like full rex babies...very poppy in the nest box. I didn't think that she just was that close to maturity yet.

Anyways, she has four babies. Three blacks and one castor.
